American born, Kimberly is a resident of Egypt and a member of the faculty of art at Cairo American College, possessing graduate art degrees from California and Washington, with specialization in textiles and design.

Ms. Odekirk participates annually in both solo and group exhibitions. She has been seen on CNN (World Report), Nile TV, and Channel 1 Television. In addition she has been featured in Egypt Today, El Arab, Al-Ahram, and Al-Akhbar.
