I have painted a townscape that represents the diversity
of my own neighborhood in Digla, Maadi occupied by
people of all economic levels from many nations—Egypt,
France, Sudan, China, Italy and England…all living in
harmony. The satellite dishes emphasize how people are
becoming more global in their outlook.
