Biography

Mariann was born in Denmark in 1967. She has been living in Europe, Asia and Africa. Educated as Montessori Director, the work with children inspired her to start painting. She has painted large modern abstract expressionist oil paintings since 2007 and has had two exhibitions. Her work is shown in the Royal Danish Embassy in Cairo, Egypt and in three UN offices in Cairo and has sold over 200 paintings to private collectors and companies. She has in 2012 been elected to join the Caravan Festival of arts in Cairo.
